We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through immigration and visa processes, offer accurate consultations, and ensure outstanding customer service throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultation on study, visit, work, and immigration programs.
• Assess clients' profiles and suggest suitable immigration pathways.
• Handle client inquiries via various channels like phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by following up with potential clients.
• Maintain precise client records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the processing department for smooth case handling.
• Achieve monthly consultation and sales targets.
• Stay informed about immigration policies and program changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Prepare daily activity and sales reports.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Immigration Counselor, Education Counselor, or Sales Consultant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Capable of working in a target-driven environment.
