UK Talent Executive

Location

Lahore. You will be working from our office on Mall Road.

Working Hours

2 PM to 11 PM Pakistan time, Monday to Friday.

The Role

We are looking for someone to join our Lahore team as a UK Talent Executive.

You will help us with recruitment for the UK market. That means finding candidates, screening them, and staying in touch with clients and hiring managers based in the UK.

This is a great opportunity to learn how international recruitment works. You will get to interact with clients, manage talent, and work in a supportive team where everyone has clear goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find good candidates for live job openings in the UK

  • Make initial screening calls and take short interviews

  • Post job ads and go through candidate applications

  • Polish and format candidate CVs before sending them to clients

  • Keep everything organized in our recruitment system or CRM

  • Talk to candidates about job openings and interview schedules

  • Help with compliance checks and getting new candidates onboard

  • Support the team with business development and client relationships

  • Work towards your own targets and help the team meet theirs too

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone who

  • Has strong English communication skills, both spoken and written

  • Feels confident talking to candidates and clients over the phone

  • Is well organised and pays attention to details

  • Has a professional attitude and stays motivated

  • Genuinely wants to build a career in international recruitment

Not required but nice to have

  • Some experience in recruitment

  • A background in sales, telesales, or a call centre

  • Customer service experience or any role where you dealt with people directly
