Training Manager

Islamabad/Rawalpindi
Min 3 Years
- Responsibilities
- Lead all training operations from planning to post-course reporting
- Develop and modify courses, write training content, and manage trainers
- Coordinate with UK awarding bodies for compliance and certification
- Review learner progress, feedback, and ensure smooth session execution
- Assist in marketing and quality improvement of all courses
- Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Education, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in training management
- HSE awareness preferred
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- KPIs
- On-time course delivery
- Learner satisfaction scores
- Repeat client trainings
- Error-free coordination with awarding bodies
