Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Steward to join our team. The Steward will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and back-of-house areas, ensuring that chefs and kitchen staff have the tools and environment needed to prepare and serve high-quality meals. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the kitchen.

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of all dishware.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff by keeping workstations clean and stocked.
• Dispose of trash and kitchen waste in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Sweep and mop floors; clean walls, sinks, and other kitchen surfaces regularly.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 per month
