We are looking for a talented, creative, and results-oriented Social Media Marketing & Website Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, AI, e-commerce, and website development, and who can help drive our online presence and increase sales across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant social media platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and online sales.
• Design, develop, maintain, and optimise company websites, ensuring they are modern, responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimised.
• Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop accounts, including product listings, promotions, and performance monitoring.
• Create and execute high-converting digital marketing campaigns for products and services.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and similar platforms to improve content creation, marketing automation, customer engagement, and business efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to develop innovative marketing strategies that support business growth.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, AI technologies, social media algorithms, and e-commerce best practices.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop.
• Experience designing and managing websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, design, automation, and productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to increase online engagement, traffic, and sales.
• Excellent graphic design and content creation skills.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Video editing skills for social media and advertising content.
• Photography and product marketing experience.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
