Social Media Marketing Specialist

- Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Work with design team to create engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Run and monitor paid campaigns, boost posts, track conversions
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements to increase reach
- Requirements
- 1-3 years of social media marketing experience
- Strong understanding of Pakistani audience behaviour
- Hands-on experience with ads manager
- Basic Canva and social media tools
- KPIs
- Follower growth
- Engagement rate
- Leads generated from social media
- Cost per lead on paid campaigns
