Job Description
Pavilion Design Consultants is seeking a Social Media & Brand Strategist to spearhead the company's social media strategy, content direction, and brand advancement on key digital platforms.
The role entails collaborating closely with executives and the existing social media team to establish a robust, coherent, and impactful online presence. This leadership role focuses on planning, leading, and optimizing the overall content operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement a clear, long-term social media and content strategy aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
- Executive Personal Branding: Strategize and oversee content for company executives to ensure a uniform and professional personal brand on social platforms.
- Content Direction: Identify content opportunities, generate concepts, and guide the team on content creation, presentation, and prioritized formats.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the existing Social Media Handler/Scheduler and Video Editor to ensure content is produced, edited, scheduled, and published per the strategic plan.
- Content Capture: Coordinate and occasionally capture high-quality behind-the-scenes footage, site visits, architecture, construction, and executive content for post-production.
- Daily Workflow Management: Maintain seamless communication among executives, content team, editor, and scheduler to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Content Calendar: Establish and maintain well-organized weekly and monthly content calendars, campaigns, and plans.
- Trend & Platform Strategy: Stay abreast of current trends and best practices on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to identify relevant trends for the brand.
- Analytics & Optimization: Regularly analyze social media insights and performance data to enhance the content strategy continuously.
- Brand Positioning: Assist in fortifying Pavilion Design Consultants' recognition as an authority in architecture, design, construction, and real estate through strategic content.
- Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators and offer periodic reports and recommendations to management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Advertising, Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related fields from a reputable university. Graduates from institutions such as NCA, LUMS, Beaconhouse National University (BNU), or other recognized universities are preferred.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in social media management, content strategy, digital marketing, personal branding, or brand management.
- Proven familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong grasp of content strategy, social media growth, and personal branding.
- Capability to lead and coordinate a small creative team.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, leadership, and multitasking aptitude.
- Thorough understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Adobe tools, Google Workspace, and other relevant platforms.
- Ability to leverage social media insights for data-driven content decisions.
- Creative mindset with a knack for identifying engaging content opportunities.
Important Note: This position is not routine or solely focused on video editing; Pavilion Design Consultants already has a team dedicated to social media scheduling and video editing. The chosen candidate will lead the social media function, craft strategy, direct the content team, manage the content roadmap, and enhance overall brand growth.
Salary Range: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
