About the Role

SAS Kitchens is seeking a reliable individual to oversee the showroom operations and manage the online store. This position entails assisting customers in-person and conducting data entry tasks.

What You Will Do

- Welcome and support customers shopping for commercial kitchen supplies at the showroom.

- Prepare sales quotations, generate invoices, and follow through with potential clients to secure sales.

- Maintain and update the e-commerce platform through consistent data entry.

- Manage extensive product details and specifications using Microsoft Excel.

What You Need

- Proven experience in showroom or retail sales.

- Proficient computer skills with a focus on speed and precision.

- Hands-on experience in WordPress and WooCommerce for product management and content handling.

- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in technical specifications, catalog organization, and pricing.

- Effective communication abilities for customer interactions and negotiation.
