Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor with proven leadership skills to oversee and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales supervision, particularly within the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Manage day-to-day sales operations and track team performance.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
• Generate sales reports and offer regular progress updates to the management.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance assessments for sales staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and sales protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, or similar managerial role.
• Prior experience in directing or coordinating field sales teams.
• Preferably experienced in the textile industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Superb organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working under pressure to meet sales objectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
