Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base for portacabins and modular building solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, online enquiries, and referrals.
• Build relationships with construction companies, contractors, consultants, industrial clients, government organisations, and corporate customers.
• Meet clients to understand project requirements and recommend suitable portacabin and modular building solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in portacabins, modular buildings, prefabricated structures, construction materials, or related industries.
• Proven experience in generating new customers and closing sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Familiarity with the UAE construction market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
