Summary:
Seeking a results-focused Sales & Operations Planning Manager to oversee resources for Trivium’s North American Food and Specialties division. The role involves collaborating with various teams to sustain a harmonious business rhythm while mitigating supply chain risks and managing market shifts.
- Ensure continuous product availability by balancing demand, capacity, and cost, anticipating risks, and proactively adjusting supply plans.
- Lead problem-solving for supply issues, drive Sales & Operations Planning, optimize inventory, and manage initiatives for cost savings.
- Coordinate distribution planning, drive inventory optimization, and oversee production transitions ensuring robust business continuity.
- Monitor supply performance metrics, manage risk, and cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, 6-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related areas.
- Expertise in procurement, supply chain principles, project management, and complex matrix environments.
- Proficiency in inventory management, financial modeling, SAP ERP systems, and analytical tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Curiosity, initiative, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt, influence stakeholders, analyze data, and utilize MS Office, SAP, and workflow collaboration tools.
