Sales Manager

Islamabad/Rawalpindi
Min 3 Years
- Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Manage corporate accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales management
- Target-driven with leadership capability
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- KPIs
- Monthly & quarterly sales target achievement
- New client acquisition rate
- Client retention percentage
- Revenue growth
- Lead-to-conversion ratio
