About the Role

Hyperblock Private Limited is seeking a confident, energetic Female Cold Calling Sales Executive to join the team. If you excel at communication, enjoy interacting with people, and are sales-driven, we want to hear from you.

Your primary role involves contacting potential clients, introducing services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while meeting monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Present and articulate company services professionally.
• Produce new leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain client connections.
• Address customer inquiries adeptly and provide precise details.
• Maintain call records, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversions.

Requirements

• Only female applicants.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Confidence, persuasiveness, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in telesales, cold calling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
