Sales Executive – Chemical Raw Materials (Paint & Coatings Industry)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the paint and coatings industry in the UAE.
• Promote and sell chemical raw materials to various industry sectors.
• Identify and engage new customers while managing existing client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer visits.
• Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate product sampling and trials with the technical team.
• Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
• Create weekly sales reports and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline.
• Handle other paint and coatings additives as needed.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of sales experience in chemical raw materials, preferably within the UAE paint and coatings industry.
• Familiarity with paint raw materials and their applications.
• Preferred existing network of clients in the UAE paint, coatings, or construction chemical market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience with chemical distributors or manufacturers.
• Knowledge of UAE trading practices and customer requirements.
