Job Overview

KS HRBC is seeking Sales Support Specialists to interact with U.S. customers, validate leads, and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Evaluate customer leads utilizing set questions.
• Determine customer suitability following protocols.
• Refer qualified leads or book appointments with Enrollment Specialists.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Accurately update customer details in CRM and related platforms.
• Meet or surpass KPIs such as CSAT, NPS, FCR, and AHT.
• Gather customer feedback and highlight recurring issues.
• Stay informed on procedures, CRM updates, and product specifics.

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken English with neutral/American accent.
• Minimum education: Matric/O Levels (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Aged 18 years or above.
• Basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace knowledge.
• CRM familiarity is a plus.
• Open to permanent night shifts (U.S. hours).
• Fresh graduates and entry-level seekers welcome.

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 90,000
• Performance Incentives: Up to PKR 40,000
• Unlimited Sales Commission
• Potential Monthly Earnings: PKR 250,000+ for high achievers.
