Resturant Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who actually knows how to run a place. You will be in charge of daily operations, making sure customers leave happy, and finding ways to grow the business. The right person for this job is a natural leader, loves hospitality, and knows how to handle a team.

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Operations

You will oversee everything that happens in the restaurant each day. Making sure service is smooth and nothing falls through the cracks.

Staff Management

You will manage, train, and keep your team motivated so they perform well day after day.

Customer Service

You will make sure every customer has a great experience. If someone has a problem, you handle it like a pro.

Inventory and Supplies

You will keep an eye on stock levels and order supplies when needed.

Health and Safety

You will make sure the restaurant is clean, safe, and follows all hygiene rules.

Budget and Profit

You will control costs, manage the budget, and find ways to increase profitability.

Sales and Growth

You will come up with ideas to bring in more customers, increase sales, and keep people happy.

Reports

You will put together reports on sales, expenses, and how your team is doing.

Compliance

You will make sure everyone follows company policies and local laws.

What We Need From You

• Real experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. We want to see what you have done.

• Strong leadership skills. You know how to lead a team and manage people.

• Great communication and people skills. You can talk to anyone.

• A solid understanding of how restaurants run and what good customer service looks like.

• You can handle pressure and move fast when things get busy.

• You know about budgeting, controlling costs, and managing inventory.

• You are flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
