Mind Stream is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its team!

This position pertains to internal hiring needs.

Location: Qatar
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Recruitment
Industry: Oil & Gas / Technical Recruitment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting professionals in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Thorough understanding of technical and engineering roles.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and similar platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and candidate assessment abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple job openings and fulfill urgent recruitment needs.
• Preference for candidates currently based in Qatar with transferable QID.

Salary Range: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month

Work Arrangement: On-site
