Role Description :

The "Real Estate Trainer – French Speaker" will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs focused on Dubai's real estate market, industry practices, sales processes, and regulatory requirements for French-speaking brokers. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

The successful candidate will develop and continuously update training materials, manage group learning sessions, and provide one-on-one coaching to enhance employees' knowledge, sales performance, and professional development. The trainer will work closely with top management, middle management , sales consultants, and other internal stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting business cases and practical workshops, evaluating participants' progress, monitoring training effectiveness, and reporting outcomes. The role also requires staying up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, and new project launches to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications :

• Native-level fluency in French (mandatory); professional proficiency in English is required.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Trainer within the Dubai real estate market is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, sales processes, off-plan and secondary markets, developers, and industry best practices.
• Previous hands-on experience in Dubai real estate sales is preferred.
• Excellent presentation , coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to design engaging training materials and deliver both theoritical-based and practical learning sessions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate , Business , or a related field is preferred.

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
