Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, fostering client relationships, delivering property presentations, and finalizing sales while ensuring top-notch customer service. Previous real estate or call center sales experience is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and pursue sales leads via calls, referrals, and online platforms.
• Comprehend clients' investment needs and suggest suitable real estate projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in Real Estate or Call Center).
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Self-driven with a focus on targets.
