We're Hiring | Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate

About the Role

As a Property Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor connecting clients with their ideal residential or commercial properties across Dubai. From first inquiry to handover, you'll guide buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the transaction — with integrity, expertise, and a results-driven mindset.

What You'll Do

• Source and close property transactions across Dubai's primary and secondary markets
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified buyers, sellers, and investors
• Conduct property viewings, market research, and comparative analyses
• Provide tailored investment advice aligned with client goals
• Negotiate deals and coordinate with developers, legal teams, and financial advisors
• Stay current on market trends, RERA regulations, and new project launches

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of real estate sales experience (Dubai market experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus)
• A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and property trends
