Procurement Manager - Joinery

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement of joinery materials, hardware, and subcontracted services.
• 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in joinery
• Strong knowledge of timber, plywood, veneers, laminates, hardware, and finishing materials.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor timely delivery of materials to meet production and project schedules.
• Coordinate with estimation, production, project, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and negotiation.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to minimize shortages and excess stock.
• Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Track procurement budgets, prepare reports, and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Stay updated on market trends, material pricing, and supply chain risks.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
