Job Responsibilities:

• Receive orders via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person
• Comprehend customer needs and accurately document orders
• Input orders meticulously into the system
• Collaborate with the team for seamless order fulfillment
• Deliver top-notch customer service and communication

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of prior experience as an Order Taker
• Proficient in handling phone calls and order management
• Excellent communication skills, polite demeanor, and quick decision-making abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
