We are seeking a tech-savvy, highly organized, and execution-driven Operations Manager to streamline internal business processes and support company growth. In this role, you will optimize workflows, leverage AI tools, manage internal workspace technologies, oversee workforce operations (including freelancers via Upwork), and prepare high-quality executive presentations for strategic decision-making.

A strong understanding of the real estate industry is essential to effectively align internal operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, design, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize productivity and eliminate workflow bottlenecks.
  • Oversee internal team operations and external talent acquisition, including hiring, contracts, and performance management of freelancers and agencies via Upwork.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s internal tech stack (Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Notion, etc.) and integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT and automation workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Translate corporate data, financial reports, and market insights into professional, executive-level presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.
  • Monitor operational expenses, manage internal project budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Small operations should preferably be directly connected with all departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–5+ years in Operations Management, Chief of Staff, or a similar strategic role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate sector, including market dynamics, workflows, and business models.
  • Workforce Management: Proven expertise in sourcing, onboarding, and managing freelancers through Upwork or similar platforms.
  • AI & Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation workflows), along with strong command over Google Workspace/M365 and project management platforms like Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
  • Presentation & Design Skills: Exceptional ability to transform complex data into polished, high-impact executive presentations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Location : Madina Tower, E11 Islamabad

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
