Job Description

Location: Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi
Salary: Up to AED 12,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)

Summary

A well-established nursery in Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery School Teacher to provide a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, relevant early childhood qualifications, and a genuine passion for early years education.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and support children's learning and developmental progress
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress
• Maintain classroom resources and learning materials
• Ensure compliance with nursery policies and safeguarding standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to support high-quality early years education

Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

Option 1

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Development (or equivalent)

OR

Option 2

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline plus one of the following:
• A recognized Level 3 Early Childhood Education and Care qualification (or equivalent), or
• At least 2 years of experience working in an early childhood education setting
• Immediate availability

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
