Job Description

IBIX Global Tech is looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Intern (Female) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about digital marketing, branding, content creation, and social media management.

The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing team and senior management to strengthen the company's online presence, execute marketing campaigns, and create engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
• Create engaging social media posts, captions, reels, and marketing content.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Design basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally, and build online communities.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content for social media.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Final-year students awaiting graduation may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong creativity and content-writing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
