Marketing Manager

- Responsibilities
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across all platforms
- Conduct competitor analysis, trend tracking, and market research
- Lead a small team of marketing executives with clear goals
- Manage ad budgets, conversions, and corporate client relations
- Drive brand visibility, generate leads, and ensure ROI on campaigns
- Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing or Business
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong digital marketing, leadership, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- KPIs
- Monthly leads generated
- Cost per lead & campaign ROI
- Social media growth
- Course registrations from campaigns
