We are looking for an experienced Labour Coordinator with a strong background in the manpower/labour supply industry. Candidates with relevant industry experience who can join immediately will be given preference.
Requirements
* Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Labour Coordinator in a manpower/labour supply company.
* Strong knowledge of daily manpower operations, labour deployment, and workforce management.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational tasks.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage day-to-day labour coordination and operational activities.
* Ensure the proper daily deployment of labourers to client sites.
* Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator and Sales Executives regarding manpower requirements and deployment planning.
* Follow up with the Camp Bosses, Sales Coordinator, and Sales Executives to ensure all workers report to their assigned duties on time.
* Supervise labour camps and ensure camp operations are well managed, disciplined, and running smoothly on a daily basis.
* Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate manpower records.
* Supervise Camp Bosses and ensure they carry out their daily responsibilities efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
* Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth manpower deployment and operational efficiency.
* Work closely with the Transport Team to ensure timely transportation of labourers to and from project sites.
* Report operational, labour-related, or camp-related issues promptly to the Line Manager and seek guidance where necessary.
* Conduct proper induction for newly deployed workers to reduce absenteeism and improve awareness of company policies and work expectations.
* Listen to labourers’ concerns, understand their issues, and resolve them professionally on a case-by-case basis.
* Handle labour-related and camp-related operational issues promptly while maintaining effective communication
