Job Purpose

Emirates Bio Farm LLC, the UAE’s largest organic farm, is looking for a Junior Poultry Supervisor to join our team and support our organic layer chicken operations.

Job Title: Junior Poultry Supervisor – Emirates Bio Farm L.L.C

Location: Dubai, Al Ain Road, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering – Animal Production / Animal Science or a related field.
• Junior-level candidate with a strong interest in poultry farming.
• Previous experience in poultry farms is preferred, especially with layer chickens.
• Good knowledge of poultry management, feeding, flock monitoring, and production practices.
• Good command of the English language.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site and be involved in daily farm operations.

Requirements:

• Assist in the daily management and monitoring of layer chicken flocks.
• Follow up on flock health, production performance, and farm activities.
• Support implementation of organic farming standards and animal welfare practices.
• Coordinate with the farm team to ensure efficient poultry operations.
