Junior Marketing Coordinator - Emirati National - Dubai

Office Location: Dubai

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the marketing department by coordinating marketing requirements with other departments/offices promptly.

• Manage the production of print collateral and corporate branding materials including quotations, quality control, payments, and distribution to all departments/offices
• Handle exhibition participations and corporate events, from booking to execution, and report marketing expenditures monthly
• Conduct monthly reconciliation on all stocks at local/regional warehouses and coordinate stock replenishments
• Liaise with stakeholders like suppliers, colleagues, and company departments/offices for timely delivery of marketing projects
• Offer support beyond defined scope as per management's request

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Language: English

• Solid organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
