Position Summary

TGT Nexus is seeking ambitious, confident, and energetic A-Level students and fresh graduates interested in pursuing a career in International Sales. This opportunity provides real-world experience in a dynamic, target-oriented setting, working closely with international clients, primarily in the US market.

No prior sales experience needed as we offer thorough training for your success.

Key Responsibilities - Sales & Customer Engagement

• Engage with international clients via inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Develop strong customer relationships through professional interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
• Maintain a positive customer journey throughout the sales process.

Lead Management

• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
• Update customer details accurately in the CRM system.
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions.
• Ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.

Performance & Productivity

• Meet individual KPIs and departmental targets.
• Maintain daily call activity and productivity metrics.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and training sessions.
• Enhance communication, negotiation, and sales skills continuously.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
