Working Days: Monday – Friday
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT)
Base Salary: PKR 55,000 – 80,000 (based on experience, skills, and interview performance)

Job Overview

Work Horizon is seeking a motivated International Outbound Sales Executive to support our B2B staffing sales operations in the Canadian market.

In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into clients by offering staffing and recruitment solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, target-driven, and eager to build a career in international sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B clients across Canada
• Identify, generate, and qualify potential business leads
• Present and pitch staffing and recruitment solutions to prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system
• Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects and decision-makers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working night shift hours
• Experience in international sales, BPO, call center, or cold calling preferred
• Target-oriented with a proactive and confident approach
