Job Overview:

We are looking for an Intern – Maintenance Engineer to support our maintenance and after-sales service operations. This position is perfect for recent graduates interested in honing their technical and customer service skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

This internship offers exposure to after-sales functions and customer service tasks:

1. Gain knowledge of after-sales operations at vivo, a top smartphone brand.

2. Assist with customer reception, inquiries, and call handling.

3. Support mobile phone inspections, basic diagnostics, device cleaning, and screen protector application.

4. Assist in service campaigns and provide customers with guidance on campaign activities and benefits.

5. Engage with customers to address concerns, resolve queries, and escalate complex issues to enhance service efficiency.

6. Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BS Electrical Engineering) from an accredited university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to learn and develop in a professional setting.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred:

• Recent graduates or students in their 4th semester or higher are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting from Rs39,000.00 per month
