Job Title: HR - International Technical Recruiter (USA, Canada & UK)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Onsite)

Working Hours: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Salary: PKR 120,000 – 130,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled International Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a track record of recruiting from the USA, Canada, and UK markets, excelling in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across diverse industries.

You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate journey and achieving recruitment targets in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

International Talent Acquisition:

• Manage recruitment for roles in the USA, Canada, and UK.
• Source top-tier candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, referrals, etc.
• Establish and nurture talent pools for current and future needs.
• Create compelling sourcing strategies to attract premier international talent.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing

• Assess applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, fit, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers for a seamless process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, MPhil is a plus.
• 3–6 years in end-to-end recruitment, specializing in *USA, Canada, and UK markets.*
• Proficient in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across North America and the UK.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS, and modern sourcing techniques.
• Experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and presentable.
