We are looking for an HR Associate who knows how to talk to people. Really talk. Your written and spoken English should be strong. You need to be super organized and good with your time. You should also be able to juggle multiple things at once in a fast moving environment. And here is the big one you need to be good at solving conflicts and making smart decisions so that everyone follows the rules.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Employee Engagement
You will help create a work culture where people actually like being there. Friendly, inclusive, and supportive. You will run activities that keep people engaged, recognized, and happy.
Performance Management
You will set up systems for goals, feedback, reviews, and improvement plans. Basically helping people do their best work.
Conflict Resolution
When someone has a problem or a fight with a coworker, you step in and fix it. Quickly and fairly. So everyone can get back to work without drama.
Employee Development
You will figure out what training people need, build programs to help them grow, and make sure they are learning new skills and moving forward in their careers.
Succession Planning
You will help find the smart, high potential people in the team and create plans so they can take on bigger roles later. Keeping our talent pipeline strong.
Employee Data Management
You will keep employee records accurate, safe, and following all the rules.
Policy Implementation
You will make sure company policies are followed by everyone, fairly and consistently.
Performance Metrics
You will look at HR numbers and data, figure out what is working and what is not, and suggest ways to do better.
Team Collaboration
You will work with different teams across the company so that everyone is on the same page when it comes to managing people.
Stay Current
You will keep yourself updated on the latest trends, best practices, and legal stuff in HR so our department keeps getting better.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or something related. A masters degree or HR certification is even better.
Some real experience in HR. Not just book knowledge.
Really good communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. You should be comfortable talking to anyone at any level.
You should be able to look at messy situations, find the real problem, and come up with a solution that actually works.
You pay attention to details. You can handle many things at once. You get your work done on time.
You have the highest level of honesty and you know how to keep sensitive HR information private.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This is an on site job at our Bahria Town office. The working hours are night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM.
