Job Overview

You will work closely with the marketing team to support social media campaigns, create engaging content, and strengthen our online presence across multiple digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience while building a successful career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Assist in planning and maintaining monthly content calendars.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and social media updates to identify new opportunities.
• Support the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn under the guidance of senior team members.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in improving reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform analytics.
• Prepare basic weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to create engaging marketing content.
• Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries professionally when required.
• Support community engagement and influencer marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of relevant internship or project experience.
• Strong interest in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their advertising features.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, or content marketing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
