About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Specialist for our Lahore-Pakistan office. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of engaging potential customers effectively through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages. This role involves understanding our products in depth to secure deals and collaborating closely with the sales team.

The Inside Sales team at Formulatrix qualifies leads, nurtures prospects, and supports field sales. As a Business Development Specialist, you will handle prospect outreach, qualification calls, CRM management, and facilitate handoffs to the sales team, contributing to a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and qualify leads at target accounts
• Develop proposals and quotes for potential customers in the CRM
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in the CRM
• Manage the sales pipeline and identify customer needs
• Stay informed about market competitors to enhance negotiations
• Conduct email campaigns to increase Formulatrix awareness

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred
• Prior sales experience advantageous
• Strong communication and computer skills required
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills essential
