About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established firm specializing in auditing, accounting, and tax consultancy services. We are seeking a motivated and results driven Financial Sales Manager (Russian Speaker) to drive business growth by promoting the firm's accounting and financial solutions to new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of financial services with proven sales expertise and excels at building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Promote the company's accounting, auditing, tax consultancy, and financial advisory services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored financial solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Experience selling professional services or financial solutions is an advantage.
  • A background or knowledge in accounting, finance, auditing, banking, or financial services is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
