Speech Goals, a pediatric therapy practice in San Francisco and the Peninsula, is seeking an experienced Early Interventionist / Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join their team. This full-time position focuses on child-led, play-based behavioral support for children under 3, as an alternative to traditional ABA therapy. The ideal candidate will have experience with young children, behavior management, and a background in ABA, early intervention, or child development. Proficiency in English is required, and Spanish/English bilingualism is a plus. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields is needed, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include providing behavioral support using child-led approaches, collaborating with families, and working in various settings within the community.
