E-commerce Store Manager (Shopify)

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented E-commerce Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirming customer orders via WhatsApp/phone.
• Managing daily order processing and dispatch.
• Handling basic Shopify operations (orders, products, fulfillment, cancellations).
• Coordinating with courier partners for seamless deliveries.
• Tracking and managing inventory.
• Maintaining basic bookkeeping and weekly sales records.
• Managing customer inquiries and providing after-sales support.
• Monitoring order status, returns, and COD refusals.
• Preparing daily and weekly operational reports.
• Assisting with product uploads and updates on Shopify.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Shopify.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu & English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Prior experience in e-commerce is advantageous.
