The Director, Sourcing & Production oversees the global production strategy and execution for Sports and Entertainment brands. This role manages vendor sourcing, product development, costing, quality control, and delivery performance. Key responsibilities include strategy & innovation, operations & results, customers & relationships, and leadership & teams. The ideal candidate has attention to detail, garment manufacturing knowledge, senior leadership experience, SAP and PLM familiarity, strong communication and team management skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000
