Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing the company's digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, generate sales opportunities, and support the marketing objectives of over 150+ international FMCG brands distributed by the company.

The role manages the digital presence of the organization across websites, social media platforms, online advertising, search engines, email marketing, and emerging digital channels while supporting promotional campaigns for 180+ Hypermarkets & Key Accounts and more than 3,000 Traditional Trade customers across Qatar.

The position requires a highly creative, analytical, and technology-driven professional who keeps pace with the latest digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and evolving consumer behavior.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute annual and monthly digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan integrated digital campaigns supporting all FMCG categories and brand principals.
  • Create digital strategies for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and retail activations.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support Hypermarkets, Modern Trade, Wholesale, Horeca, and Traditional Trade campaigns.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms including:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • X (Twitter)
  • Snapchat (where applicable)

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing monthly content calendars.
  • Creating engaging posts, reels, videos, and stories.
  • Managing community engagement.
  • Responding to customer inquiries.
  • Monitoring comments and online reputation.
  • Increasing followers and engagement organically.

Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality digital content for all FMCG brands.
  • Design promotional creatives.
  • Develop product videos and reels.
  • Coordinate professional photography and videography.
  • Write compelling product descriptions and marketing copy.
  • Create educational, promotional, and seasonal campaigns.

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns including:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Display Advertising
  • Remarketing Campaigns

Monitor:

  • ROAS
  • CPC
  • CTR
  • CPA
  • Conversion Rate
  • Customer Acquisition Cost

Continuously optimize campaign performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Improve website visibility on search engines.
  • Perform keyword research.
  • Optimize website content.
  • Monitor search rankings.
  • Improve local SEO performance.
  • Support technical SEO initiatives.

Website Management

  • Update company website regularly.
  • Upload products and promotional content.
  • Improve user experience.
  • Monitor website traffic.
  • Coordinate with developers for enhancements.
  • Ensure website security and performance.

E-commerce & Digital Sales Support

Support online sales initiatives through:

  • E-commerce platforms
  • Online marketplaces
  • Retail partner portals
  • Food delivery platforms
  • Digital catalogues

Coordinate digital campaigns that drive online sales growth.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Create email marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain customer mailing lists.
  • Segment audiences.
  • Design newsletters.
  • Track open rates and click-through rates.
  • Support CRM campaigns.

Brand Management

Support digital visibility of:

  • 150+ FMCG brands
  • Product launches
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Consumer awareness programs
  • Seasonal activations

Ensure compliance with principal brand guidelines.

Retail Marketing Support

Coordinate digital promotions supporting:

  • Hypermarkets
  • Supermarkets
  • Convenience Stores
  • Wholesale Customers
  • Traditional Trade

Promote:

  • Weekly offers
  • Gondola promotions
  • Shelf campaigns
  • Product launches
  • Consumer contests
  • In-store activations

AI & Marketing Automation

Leverage modern AI tools to improve productivity including:

  • AI content generation
  • AI image creation
  • AI video editing
  • Marketing automation

  • Campaign personalization

Continuously evaluate emerging AI marketing technologies.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and report KPIs including:

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

  • Recommend innovative marketing initiatives.

Vendor & Agency Coordination

Coordinate with:

EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Ø Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Ø Professional certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Ø 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Ø Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.

Ø Experience handling large-scale retail marketing campaigns.

Ø Knowledge of GCC/Qatar retail market is highly preferred.
