Creative Design Officer

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Visual Content Creation: Develop creative designs for social media, websites, print, following Jhpiego's branding guidelines.
• Event Coverage: Capture photos/videos at events, workshops, and outreach to showcase Jhpiego's activities.
• Multimedia Production: Edit professional videos highlighting program successes/stories.
• Promotional Material Development: Create brochures, banners, social media graphics, etc., to aid communication.
• Report and Presentation Design: Design impactful reports, presentations to convey program outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet quality standards and brand alignment.
• Content Delivery: Finalize and deliver outputs in suitable formats for dissemination.
• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams for enhanced visual storytelling.
• Asset Management: Organize, archive design files, photos, videos for future use.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 5-6 years experience in graphic design, photography, videography, especially in non-profit/health sectors.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, with a strong portfolio.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, meeting deadlines, and teamwork skills.
