The Contracts Management Specialist

The Contracts Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the contract management of customer, supplier, and partner agreements throughout their lifecycle, within the legal and compliance framework of Pakistan business environment. The role provides contract review, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and contractual support to various stakeholders. The position ensures that contractual obligations, risks, and commercial considerations are properly identified, documented, communicated, and managed in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Your tasks

• • Contract Review & Negotiations
  • Support bid teams during tender preparation
  • Monitor contractual milestones and obligations
  • Conduct contract risk assessments and support claims
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports on contract status and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Your qualifications

• • Education
  Bachelor's degree in Labour or related discipline
  Professional certifications in Contract Management
  • Experience
  3–7 years of experience in contract management or related field
  Familiarity with public procurement processes
  • Technical Competencies
  Contract drafting, commercial risk assessment, compliance monitoring
  Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Behavioral Competencies
  Strong attention to detail, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management
