Content Writer

We are looking for a Content Writer who actually knows how to write. Like really write. You also need to understand SEO. You will be writing for different industries. The whole point is to bring in more traffic, get better rankings on Google, and help us hit our marketing goals.

What You Will Actually Be Doing

• Write fresh and interesting content for different platforms

• Make sure whatever you write is SEO friendly and uses keywords the right way

• Write content for landing pages and location specific pages

• Edit and proofread your own stuff so there are no mistakes

• Work with our SEO experts and make sure your content fits their strategy

• Do your own research on industry trends and what competitors are up to

• Take old content and make it better so it performs well

Who We Want

• You have real experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter. We want to see what you have done before.

• Your English is strong. Good grammar. Good vocabulary. You know how to write.

• You understand SEO and how to use keywords without overdoing it

• You can write content that keeps people reading and actually gets them to take action

• You know how to use WordPress or similar CMS platforms

• You can hit deadlines and work on your own without someone constantly checking on you

Nice to Have But Not a Must

• You have written for the US or Canadian market before

• You understand eCommerce content and how to write product descriptions

• You know a little bit about on page SEO
