Job Description

A content creator develops, produces, and publishes engaging digital material—such as videos, blogs, and graphics—to connect brands with their target audiences. Responsibilities include brainstorming, filming/editing, writing, and analyzing metrics to optimize audience reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production: Conceptualize, write, and produce high-quality multimedia content (e.g., TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, blogs) tailored to specific platforms.
• Editing: Edit and refine footage, images, and copy to align with brand voice, guidelines, and current trends. Conduct keyword analysis and research industry trends to ensure content is optimized for search engines and reaches the right audience.
• Analytics & Strategy: Track and analyze web traffic, engagement, and social media metrics to measure campaign success and adjust future content strategies.
• Community Management: Monitor social networks, respond to comments, and actively build an engaged online community.
• Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven portfolio of published digital content (videos, articles, social posts).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with production and design tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
• Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, digital publishing, and social media algorithms.
