Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the branch, ensuring achievement of business objectives and profitability.
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand the company's market presence in the UAE.
  • Drive sales of elevator and escalator solutions, including New Installation (NI), Modernization (MOD), Maintenance, and Spare Parts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the sales and operations teams regarding elevator products and solutions.
  • Oversee project execution, installation, maintenance, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review quotations, tenders, contracts, and commercial proposals.
  • Monitor branch performance, sales targets, project progress, budgets, and profitability.
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and evaluate branch employees to build a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports on sales performance, operations, and branch KPIs.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in the Elevator & Escalator industry, including 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, including New Installation (NI), Modernization (MOD), Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, tendering, and contract negotiations within the UAE elevator market.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE construction industry, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to achieve branch sales and profitability targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and travel across the UAE as required.
