We are seeking a highly skilled, licensed, and results-driven Beauty and Laser Therapist to join our premier aesthetic team. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise in advanced laser hair removal and energy-based devices with a deep passion for luxury skin health, facials, and non-invasive body contouring treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic laser skin treatments (rejuvenation, pigmentation, vascular) adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and client consultations to assess skin types (Fitzpatrick scale), identify contraindications, and recommend appropriate treatment paths.
• Deliver premium non-invasive facial and body therapies, including deep cleansing, chemical peels, hydrafacials, micro-needling, and body sculpting.
• Formulate and adjust precise treatment parameters on medical-grade laser systems (e.g., Candela, Cynosure, Quanta Duetto) to maximize clinical efficacy while ensuring patient safety.
• Educate clients clearly on pre- and post-treatment protocols, building robust relationships to achieve their long-term aesthetic goals.
• Maintain impeccable sanitization, hygiene, and maintenance logs for all medical devices, treatment tools, and clinical rooms.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A valid and active UAE Healthcare License is mandatory (DHA / DOH / MOHAP) as a Laser Therapist or Beauty Therapist with a verified Laser Privilege.
• Recognized and accredited Diploma or Certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Beauty Therapy
• Completion of a recognized, certified Laser Safety and Hair Reduction training course (with documented case logs).
• Minimum 2–3 years of active hands-on experience working inside a licensed premium aesthetic medical clinic, dermatology center, or luxury med-spa within the UAE.
• Deep understanding of skin anatomy, hair biology, active skincare ingredients, and laser physics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; ability to present treatment packages and retail skincare lines confidently. (Bilingual English/Arabic is a highly valued plus).
• Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and high ethical standards of patient care.
