Your Role:

Guest satisfaction:

• Ensure all associates uphold the brand promise and deliver exceptional guest service consistently
• Coach associates to provide exemplary service to guests and inter-departmental associates
• Observe associate-guest interactions, resolve guest and associate concerns promptly, and cultivate positive relationships
• Maintain a welcoming environment, positive interactions, and effective conflict resolution

Operations:

• Ensure associates understand and comply with rules and regulations
• Uphold high standards of personal grooming and presentation
• Adapt to industry, company, and hotel changes in the food and beverage function
• Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Stay informed about industry trends and local hospitality scene
• Have a thorough understanding of restaurant floor plans, F&B offerings, beverage selections, menu items, and hotel occupancy rates
• Familiarize with neighborhood attractions, events, and services to meet guest inquiries accurately
• Manage operational systems and provide personalized guest interactions
• Maintain confidentiality, ensure adherence to service order, and mentor associates as needed
• Oversee business areas, T&C administration, staff training, communication, and business performance
• Ensure efficient bar operation, stock levels, associate development, and uphold Rosewood policies
• Implement beverage policy and procedures across the property

Customers:

• Deliver memorable customer experiences and maintain professional, efficient service standards
• Promote customer loyalty, respond to customer needs, and uphold high hospitality standards
• Remember customer preferences, provide attentive service, and maintain cleanliness
• Ensure personal appearance is impeccable, wear correct uniform, and practice good hygiene

Service:

• Manage staffing levels, coordinate with managers, and ensure adequate staff for service
• Train associates on bar procedures, communicate daily requirements, and maintain MEP standards
• Keep work environment clean, follow cleaning schedules, and remove waste
