Bag Merchandiser (Leather)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: (Leather Bags)
· Handle buyer inquiries, costing, quotations, and order confirmations for bags and leather goods.
· Lead coordination of product development from sampling through bulk production until final shipment.
· Lead in preparing and maintaining Order Sheets, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Time & Action (T&A) plans.
· Coordinate with Design, Production, PPC, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
· Should have sufficient sourcing experience in leather, hardware, trims, and accessories for bag manufacturing.
· Ensure timely availability of leather, fabrics, hardware, trims, and packaging materials as per production schedules.
· Follow up on sample development, buyer approvals, and Pre-Production Samples (PPS) to meet customer requirements.
· Monitor production progress, quality standards, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
· Maintain regular communication with international buyers regarding order status, approvals, and shipment updates.
· Prepare and maintain accurate merchandising records, reports, costing sheets, and order documentation.
· Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and customer satisfaction while performing any additional tasks assigned by Top Management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's / Master’s in Textile, Fashion, or Business Management.
· 5–7 years of merchandising experience in bags.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Good knowledge of product development, costing, and production processes.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
· Ability to manage multiple orders and work under deadlines.

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
