Job Description

We are seeking experienced Attendance Coordinators with a strong background in the manpower/labour supply industry. Candidates who are available to join immediately and have excellent Microsoft Excel skills will be given preference.

Requirements

*Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an Attendance Coordinator in a manpower/labour supply company.

*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

*Strong knowledge of daily manpower operations and site-wise attendance management.

*Excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills.

*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

*Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

*Monitor and manage daily labour attendance across all sites, ensuring attendance is completed accurately and within the required timeframe.

*Ensure the correct deployment of workers to their assigned sites every day.

*Coordinate daily attendance with the company's camp bosses, client accommodation camp bosses, site coordinators, and timekeepers.

*Work closely with the Sales Coordinator and Sales Executives to ensure accurate site-wise attendance records.

*Follow up with Camp Bosses, Sales Coordinators, and Sales Executives to ensure all workers report to their assigned duties on time.

*Investigate worker absenteeism by coordinating with Camp Bosses and Labour Coordinators and record the reasons for absence.

*Maintain accurate daily attendance and manpower records using Microsoft Excel.

*Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth manpower deployment and operational efficiency.

*Monitor duty timings and ensure attendance records accurately reflect site-wise working hours.

*Report any operational, labour-related, attendance-related, or camp-related issues promptly to the Line Manager and seek guidance whenever required.

*Perform all assigned responsibilities in accordance with company policies and operational standards.
